Dr. Arief Anshory Yusuf is the Director of the Center for Economics and Development Studies (CEDS) of Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia.

He is also a Senior Economist of the Economy and Environment Program for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA) and an Adjunct Fellow at the Australian National University.

Dr. Yusuf currently also serves as the Secretary-General of the Indonesian Regional Science Association. Dr. Yusuf has a Bachelor’s Degree from Padjadjaran University (1997); an MSc from University College London, U.K (2002); and a PhD from the Australian National University, Australia (2008).

His research interests and publication work lie in the area of natural resource and environmental economics, poverty and inequality, and economy-wide modeling.

Dr Yusuf has also been consultant to various international organizations such as the World Bank, ADB, USAid, AusAid, IFAD, CSIRO, IDRC, and various Indonesian government agencies.
